Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Australia: 5–9 business days
  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 8–14 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your parcel through the carrier's website.

International Shipping & Customs

Orders shipped to the US, UK, and Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Primptime is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us at support@primptime.com with your order number. We will investigate and make it right.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Primptime is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@primptime.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
