Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Primptime. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@primptime.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the instructions provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and approving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or that are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@primptime.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

Every Primptime is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. If your unit stops heating or charging under normal use, contact us and we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive faulty.
